The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Hygiene & Safety Exception: For the safety of our customers and their babies, we cannot accept returns on beauty devices, skincare tools, or baby feeding accessories (like bottle warmers or clippers) if the hygienic seal has been broken or if the product has been used.
2. How to Initiate a Return
